Born in Torre del Greco, Naples, in southern Italy, Gino inherited his grandfather’s love of cooking and studied at the Luigi de Medici Catering College. He then worked his way through the kitchens of Europe and arrived in England in 1995.
Gino is a leading supplier of Italian ingredients to the UK food industry with his company Bontà Italia Ltd.
He has a successful career designing his own fresh filled pasta, breads and olive oils for major supermarkets.
