The Good Digestion Show is the premier event for anyone interested in healthy eating, lifestyle and good digestion. A truly unique event, this exhibition will showcase how to live with food intolerances, with special diets such as gluten free, dairy free, or simply for those wishing to choose a healthier way of eating. Also incorporated is the IBDExpo which is aimed at individuals with a personal or professional interest in IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) and related conditions, including those with a permanent and temporary stoma.
A live demonstration kitchen will be hosted by two celebrity Chefs, with recipes using products featured in the exhibition. Lesley Waters will be whipping up mouthwatering dishes on Friday 24th June, whilst Antony Worrall Thompson will be creating culinary delights on Saturday 25thJune.
Our fashion catwalk will go live three times per day, featuring everything from underwear and swimwear to eveningwear, showcasing the latest ranges from our exhibitors.
The dedicated Stoma Hub area will provide stomates with a wealth of advice, support and products, including stoma nurses on site who will be happy to discuss any specific concerns. Visitors can meet face to face with industry organisations, associations and charities. This will be supported with two days of informational presentations and workshops in the Seminar Theatre.
We recognise how complementary therapies, relaxation and lifestyle choices affect our everyday lives and therefore the exhibition will cover these as well. From sportive to travel, and from massage to aromatherapy.
In the UK it is documented that:

- 1 in 5 people have IBS
- 37,500 people per year are diagnosed with colorectal cancer
- 50% of people over the age of 50 have diverticular disease
- 1 in 100 people are estimated to have coeliac disease
- There are approximately 60,000 colostomates in the UK with 6,400 permanent colostomy operations being performed each year
