The Pelican Home Delivery Service is a fast, efficient and friendly service. Our main aim is to provide you with a personalised quality service tailored to meet all your requirements.
No matter which products you are using, whether it’s made by Pelican or another stoma care company, if it is available on prescription we can supply it.
How to Join
Please choose from the following options:

- Complete the on-line registration form
- Send your prescription with repeat order slip and completed registration card to:

Our Home delivery Service now comes with an optional notification service that lets you know when your delivery will be arriving.
- You can choose to receive an automatic text message or email on the day before your order is due
- If the day is inconvenient, simply reply to the message to rearrange your delivery.
- You will receive a text or email on the day of delivery confirming your 1-hour delivery slot
