Easiflex base plates.
The skin adhesive on the Easiflex base plate is based on the unique structure known from the Assura/Alterna product range.
It is flexible and easy on the skin and is supplied with two types of adhesive: Standard and Extra. The coupling flange can be lifted allowing the bag to be applied without any pressure to the abdomen.
When a stoma is retracted or there seems to be uneven areas around the stoma it can be difficult to fit the base plate accurate and avoid leakage. This problem can be accommodated using the Easiflex convex light base plate. Enabling a better fit around the stoma.
Easiflex 2-piece open bag.
The Easiflex adhesive coupling system is a secure system. Just as the base plate adheres to the skin, the bag adheres to the base plate. The special security channel, i.e. a groove in the bag coupling, prevents leakage and creates further flexibility.
It is a soft and flexible system. The plate and bag form a complete appliance that allows free movements without any interference. Its low profile makes the system very discreet.
The coupling system is easy to use. For application only a light pressure with the fingers on bag and base plate is required to ensure a perfect fit around the stoma. If the bag is incorrectly placed, repositioning of the bag is possible.
As there is no locking device or edges, the flange can be quickly and easily cleaned.
Easiflex 2-piece closed bag.
The adhesive coupling from Coloplast has been designed to improve the quality of life for people with a colostomy. It’s unique, low-profi le, 2-piece design is available as a closed bag.
It contains a unique security channel, preventing flange curl up and thus leakage, As soft and flexible as a 1-piece bag, with the freedom of movement of a 2-piece.
With Easiflex it is very easy to clean the baseplate when changing bags. There are no edges, and the baseplate can be quickly wiped clean with water.
Easiflex urostomy bag
The Easiflex urostomy bag is provided with multichambers. The chambers will distribute the fluid, reducing splashing sounds of urine inside the bag. The chambers will also flatten the bag, making it significantly more discreet than bags without chambers. The outlet tap can be tucked away.
